Our Combat Fitness class is packed with tons of plyometrics exercises plus Combat practice that involves Striking,Grappling and Ground work. Our of the 3 aspects of fighting our Combat Fitness target every class 2 our of 3 point of view. Striking and Grappling. Kickboxing and Ground and Pound. Fitness and Self-Defense. The class is lead every Monday and Wednesday from 6pm-7pm. Monday professor Sergio Silva who is undefeated in the Mixed Martial Arts also a Self-Defense Instructors for the Brazilian Army and Special Forces in Brazil.His focus will be in 25 minutes of practical fitness and the rest of class is Combat training. On Wednesdays Instructor Nathan Butts teaches the basics of Kickboxing,Boxing and Self-Defense Fitness.
